Mike Zoi

Mr. Zoi is the co-founder of Ener1, Inc., (
NASDAQ: HEV), an alternative energy company. Ener1 develops lithium-ion batteries to improve the cost, performance and fuel efficiency of hybrid vehicles. He also founded EnerFund, a privately held investment group with interests in a variety of high growth sectors. Earlier in his career he worked in international finance and business development.
Jonathan New
Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan New served as Chief Operating Officer of Ener1 Group, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Subsequent to that, Mr. New provided counsel to public companies on a variety of corporate accounting, reporting and audit related issues. Prior to joining Ener1 Group, Mr. New held Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions with companies including Haagen-Dazs, RAI Credit Corporation and Prudential of Florida. Mr. New obtained a BS in Accounting from Florida State University and began his career with Accenture. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Alys Daly
Director of Public & Investor Relations
Alys Daly is the former Vice President of Public and Investor Relations for Ener1, Inc., alternative energy company. Her experience includes managing branding campaigns, investor presentations and road shows, media relations and crisis communications for companies across many industries. In the past six years, Ms. Daly has provided communications counsel to biodiesel, electric vehicle, fuel cell, battery and green building companies. She began her career at Johnson & Johnson where she managed public relations for a biomedical subsidiary. Ms. Daly graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University.
Alexander Medvedev
President of TOT-SIBBNS and VP of Russian Operations, TOT Energy
Mr. Medvedev is a 35-year veteran of Russia's oil exploration and drilling sector with an excellent understanding of Western Siberia, the country's largest oil producing region. Prior to the formation of TOT-SIBBNS, he was Chief Executive Officer of SIBBNS. Under his leadership SIBBNS experienced significant growth by serving the largest corporations in Russia's oil and gas industry, including Schlumberger and TNK-BP. Trained as a mechanical engineer, Mr. Medvedev worked at the former Soviet Union's Ministry of Geology, before joining a company that was the predecessor to SIBBNS.
